Sony Bravia tv update

Tv switches itself off seconds after being switched on ….any connection between this and installing software update ? Ie update is due to be installed

Not a lot of information there.

What model of Sony TV is it.

What update is pending.

If a TV is switching itself off after you switch it on that would suggest there is a

fault with the TV.

Is your TV still under warranty, if so and you suspect a fault contact whoever sold you the TV.
