I bought the above tv 14 months ago and over the past few days i have noticed that there have been problems with the picture settings. I had always tweaked my TV to custom adjusting the settings for games and normal tv however i now have a problem. The TV settings now keep reverting to "vivid" after a few minutes of being on the custom settings which is really annoying. It makes the tv experience become unwatchable as the colours are too bright. Its only 14 months old. Can you please recommend anything or help me? Kind Regards. Dave Ikin

Hi there

A couple of things you can do:

1. Check you have the latest firmware : Here   (then test it to see if it works)
2. If you have the latest firmware and it didnt resolve your problem, try performing a Factory Reset by going to Settngs > Setup   (note this will erase all settings, so you may want to note down any customised settings)
