Hi, I am trying to register my new TV on the website, but it will not work. I have tried putting the model number in K65XR8M25BP.UKA) several times, but it will not progress. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Where are you getting the model number from, if you go into the Help & feedback> Help section of the Settings menu you should be able to get the correct model number. Bottom left of screen.

The one you are showing seems to be too long.

Have a look at the support page for your model of TV and you will notice the model number should be

K-65XR80M2, try putting that in the model number section of the registration page.
