I bought my Bravia Smart Tv back in 2020 from a Independent retailer. which came with a 5 year Gurantee with the info on it saying that is is registered already.. I don't need to do anything.
Now the TV is on the blink. When I speak to sony customer service they said it is not registered. I have since email the Sony branded gurantee to them. Which is the process of being looked at the warranty department.
Is anyone else, having issues with this 5 year Gurantee ?
Hey Lupogirl, it's not an issue really, don't worry about it.
Mainly, this is how the process works. The retailer should've registered it for you, but most of the time they don't, I mean, why would they since they sold it.
So when you require a service, Sony do it for you, you just send some paper work and personal details, and they send you the contract.
