side by side picture when viewing sky 3D channel

Does anyone know how to permanently eliminate the side by side picture when viewing the Sky 3D channel

Hi - Very much a known issue. My understanding is that sky boxes seemingly have various different versions of firmware and so they are rolling out updates slowly.

Not sure on the timeframe for this, but as soon as I hear anything, I will post back.
