No listings in Guide.

All help appreciated.

No events (programmes) are listed in the Freeview or Freesat Guides on my KDL40V5810 TV.

I can receive and view all available channels on Freeview and Freesat in perfect picture and sound quality.

I've re-scanned both Freeview and Freesat but I'm still not able to see any listings in the Guides.:smileysad:

Any solutions from anyone.:smileyproblem:

Hi there

As you can receive a good signal, I believe a factory reset of your TV should resolve this problem.
