I see that a thread has already been started about this message.I also get the message but I am not using a Freesat Dish just getting the signal from my roof top aerial.I thought I was getting it via the internet so how can I tell where my signal is coming from.The model is a KDL-42W653A.I seem to get this message when I turn the TV on and gradually the programs appear in the guide.Thank's in anticipation

Yes, our TV sets do not have an Option to DOWNLOAD all EPG GUIDE at once. Older Televisions did so. You must Select one channel on every TP and then GUIDE is OK.

Of course everything is lost again after a Soft Reboot or Power Loss.

I also think that newer improved TELETEXT some channels transmit, is through internet connection. I have seen this on many German satellite channels.
