Having trouble linking A80J to Alexa.
followed the in screen instructions, set up the Sony Cloud account, then followed instructions on Alexa app, enabled the Sony Skill, used my Amazon account then to proceed , get a message to say Amazon n and Bravia are linked, but it still does not connect.
I have done the basic tv, router and echo reset, but still nothing.
The only think I can remember I may have done wrong is set up a new Sony Clout account rather then using my Google account which is linked to my Alexa and thinking this is the reason two systems aren’t connecting.
I have w arched the web and did find a way to link different account to Sony Cloud, but I am unable to actually do that on my Sony account.
Can someone advise, it’s driving me insane!
