Kodi on Sony smart tv

Whilst jocoris is correct above - you can only install KODI from the Google Play Store if you have an Android based TV.  Seeing that you have not posted this question in the dedication Android board - I assume you do not have an Android based TV, as you havnt mentioned a model number.

I am using Sony KDL-40W705C tv and wants to install Kodi. I tried searching for google app but unable to find the same on team in my apps. So what is the best way to install?

Hi @punitware

KODI is only available for Android based Sony TVs.  Unfortunately your model TV is not Android based, therefore no Google Play Store for the TV, hence no KODI.
