I cannot use anymore my remote control and also the control buttons on the TV are not functioning anymore.

The only button that works on the remote is ON/OFF

The TV set is 6 weeks old!

Hi

Do your have the option to add an external wireless keyboard? Or remove one from a PC and check if some functions work.

If yes, then try to perform a factory reset:

Also check batteries contacts or replace the batteries on your remote with new alkanine ones.
