I have been sent a replacement TV for my KDL-42W805 By Sony Support, this set is in a worst state than the one I sent back it has a fine black vertical line 6cms from the righthand side of the screen and the tuner seems noisy.
This is obviously a badly re-furbished set and is a poor recomendation for a company like Sony.
It is not possible to try the replacement as the carrier requires a immediate exchange.
