red ,green , pink tints on picture, tried to do a factory reset as per instructions . press and hold up button whilst pushing power button, but tv stays off and does not reboot, any help please ?
to do a factory reset you should go at Set-up menu and select All Reset. make sure not to turn the TV off during this period (it takes about 30 sec) or press any button.
