My TV just black screens now whenever I turn it on. It is completely unusable with no audio as well. The green light comes on and pressing the power button on the remote turns it red.

Hi there, welcome to the Sony Community 

I'm not sure if you have power cycled or factory reset the TV, but this would be my first port of call. Have a look at this troubleshooting guide and see if anything helps. 

If it's no better, you should contact Sony Support.
