Have updated to firmware dated December 2012 and since the update Bravia Internet Services no longer work.  Able to get on to the internet but no services. can anyone help

You can try the following steps- assuming you have the latest firmware.

Run a full reset on the TV.

Run the network setup wizard again in the network settings

Then try refreshing internet content.

If this doesn't work, then call your local service centre
