depending on on the connection you have, wired via LAN cable or wireless via USB dongle, i hope you have followed the proper procedures to set-up the network and that you can find it at the following link:

beside that
- make sure modem has internet and it is on before you turning on your tv
- if you are using wireless USB dongle make sure it is inserted at the proper USB port and it is recognized by your tv
