kdl-37v5810 no TV picture in freesat guide?

I get the current TV picture in the freeview guide and the choice in the guide options menu but when I use the freesat guide all I get is the freesat logo in the top right and no choice to select video window.

Why can't I select the video window in Freesat?

I'm on the latest software 1.720sa.

I am guessing you don't?  Mine never has since install.  Does anyone know that you actually should get a TV picture in the Freesat Guide.

If you need a TV Guide for your TV then there is a lot on Google.
