KDL-32WE613 YouTube app hangs when open

I have a uk tv model KDL-32WE613, running latest firmware.  It was working until my Netflix subscribtion ended.  Now I cannot use YouTube app, opening it shows grey parts of window, no logos or anything else.  WiFi is connected.  Any solution to this?  I would prefer not to do factory reset.
