kdl-32ex723 and dlna not working

Hi good day to you all

I have a kdl-32ex723 bravia tv and a netgear dg834g router.

I cannot for the life of me get bravi to connect to any dlna server neither do any of the various dlna server i have tried to appear on the bravia list

Nether can i get my iphone to connect to the bravia with the media remote app.

On the router i have upnp enabled. The router is assigning a ip address everytime via ip adress reservation.

I can stream via my iphone or my pc to my sons pc, no problem.

The tv is connceted to the internet and that section works fine. The tv shows the correct ip adress subnet mask etc.

This is so frustraing wonder if any can shed some light.

On further tetsting today i have found that the the dlna works works when both the tv and laptop are connected to the oruter via ethernet cable but not wireless. This is unusbale though, with a ethernet cable drapped across the living room floor to the laptop kinda defeats a wireless conncetion.

So perhaps it is something to do with the router but i cannot for the life of me find any settings or changes that i can make ot affect this.

Check the "Wireless Isolation" tab in your router settings. It shold be disabled.
