KD-49XF7096 Can't connect to any TV remote app

Hi Guys, please, help me with my Sony Bravia. I can't use any tv remote application for iOS/Android. I can find My TV in the list of available devices, but when I try to interact with it I get a message 'Connection Error: Couldn't connect to server'. I've made a factory reset on my tv and phone. Nothing helps...
