Same message as last week
After 7 months I would have hoped for progress,
Anyone able to suggest who to contact next
Hey, have you got a response from Sony reps or not yet? And have you checked the same soundbar with different TV just to make sure it is a TV issue?
Received no weekly update so again rang support number
NO Progress no fix and no idea. Requested to talk to manager again, we will request them to call next week,
So support fails again, they are not able to even give me weekly updates, and will not supply me with any other contact email, .for management or a director I hope someone reads this that can make progress
