 All what need to do - write HTML with tag <VIDEO> and in place of type="video/mp4" write type="video/mpeg"

Open this html in standart WWW Browser on TV SET and you will see what you want.

Correct, the TV series is HTML5 compliant.  Its now up to the websites to do the same.
