how to get rid of screen pop up saying 'a new channel has been found'.

this has never been a problem before - although I can't remember how I got rid of the message before - maybe by hitting the yellow button?.  Has something changed?  It's driving me crazy because I can't use my DVD - it permanently obscures the screen.

Hi there

Without knowing what model you are referring to - it is very hard to give you correct information.

So, as a pointer, try looking for something called "Service Messages" or something like that in the Settings.  Or set the "On Screen Display" to "OFF" .
