Fuzzy picture

i bought a Sony tv three weeks ago, seemed to set up o.k. But two days ago it did a software upgrade, since which time the picture has been  quite fjuzzy.

can anyone offer a solution before I call someone out from Sony?

Hi there

Its hard to determine what 'fuzzy' means without seeing a picture?  As you have stated that this has occured after a firmware update, have you tried a factory reset of the tv?  As this can cure many issues.  

Also, can I assume you have tried adjusting this picture settings?
