I have a Bravia KDL40-WE6xx. I purchased this TV a couple of weeks ago. I don't have the best Broadband speed where I live (approx 4mbps). But despite this,the TV catch up has been working okay until this week. The access to the internet catch up services should be through the yellow button, but this has stopped working. Occasionally now via this access the TV tells me that it is not connected, but when I go into the system set up all internet connections come up as good. Do I need to do a reset does anyone know?? Or is there a fault with the TV
You should probably try a hard reset – power down the TV, unplug from the wall, wait 30 seconds, then power up again – but there are a number of troubleshooting tips here, including an online help manual for your TV.
