Connecting to the Internet

Just purchased a Sony Bravia KDL-43WF663.  Unfortunately I have been unable to connect to the WiFi.  I can see the address on-screen, but I get no prompt to asking for a user name or password.  Not sure how to proceed

Have you tried using WPS instead?
