cannot get full size picture from usb

I have  a KDL-32EX401 but when I insert a usb stick I cannot get  a full size picture.

The message "Resolution: 720 x 304" appears on the screen and the film then runs a picture which is about laptop size.

I have read the manual but cannot see anything relevant in it.

I have found a partial solution to this problem.

When I put the USB stick into a SAMSUNG TV set the picture automatically is shown as full size (with a slight border).  Guess I know what brand to buy in future!

You have nothing need to do with this.They will automatically gets to full screen when you insert the usb
