Can not connect to the internet anymore

Hi have a KD49XE7002 about a month old everything was great but can’t connect to the internet anymore I’ve tried a wired, wireless, wps connection I’ve reset factory settings, upluged it for 10 minuets & tried again but nothing seems to make any difference it’s as if the WiFi has stopped working as it can’t find any networks & when try a wired connection it won’t connect to any apps just says try later 🙁 

any help would be greatly appreciated
