Bravia KD-43XE7096 firmware update stuck version 8.674

Hello all,

I have KD-43XE7096 running version 8.674 (yes 674) and all my apps disappeared (except picture exchange app).

On sony.com under SW/Firmware is mentioned newest FW version for my TV as 8.764 (yes 764, newer one), but it request version 8.535 for an update. So I'm somewhere between two versions, can't downgrade, can't upgrade.

Upgrade via internet -> "No available update"

Upgrade via USB (FAT32, only file sony_dtv02B40B09B4BD_00200100 with 00200100_223C0000.pkg inside) -> "No available update"

What can I do? Is there any chance to update to newest version? Any chance to downgrade to version 8.535 to get update to 8.764?

Yes, I have tried factory reset. No change for FW, only saved channels disappeared 😞

Any other idea?
