trouble using pc companion.

i m facing problem while i connect my phone with my laptop. sometimes pc companion and media go doesnt respond and recognize my device. i have to disconnect several times to get started. why it is so??? i repaired the pc companion as well. but no use. any help from  any one??

Hi, first thing to try is to test with another USB cable.
