Hi, this board is horrible for search, so sorry if this has a thread somewhere.
I bought these headphones about a month ago and I mainly use them with my windows laptop. However, the connection is awful. It drops out frequently, Sometimes not reconnecting, at all. I've tried every step I can find online. The last thing I tried was turning on 'prioritise connection' in the app.The headphones work perfect with ios.
Windows bluetooth worked fine with my last headphones.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
