My playstation went in for repair, phoned to get an update after not hearing anything for 3 weeks. Was told they had sent out a new one.
Tracking number says there as been 2 attempts deliveries. I have been in, no one as called or left a card so it got sent back to playstation. It has never been see since. Playstation support just keep telling me they need to locate the parcel.
Not my problem. 6 weeks later and still no nearer closer to getting it back.
What can i do? Who can I speak to?
Anyone had any similar problems.
