Hi @Kamal7, sorry to hear about what has happened.

You can login to the Google service called Find My Device and block your device, but this will require the device to be powered on and have an activate network connection, so it can be found by the service.

To block the device from being used with a SIM card, you will need to get in touch with your operator, so they can block the IMEI number. For them to be able to do this, may need to have reported the theft to the police.
