I should very much like to know if there's any chance Sony staff will pick up on the serious issues in my first post, or if I need to take matters further by other channels?
This forum is for users and mostly answers are given by other users.
Shure, Sony staff is also watching this forum.
In most cases they only act if a problem cannot be solved.
Try the forum, try the support app and if you're not served like you wish then come back and ask again.
