Cannot hear ringtone for incoming call... even vibration doesnt work

Hi guys ,

               i am facing this problem for last two days. I tried restarting phone and also factory resetting. No use..still the same. Please help guys..:-(

Have you tested ringer in your service menu?  If not try opening your dialer and keying in

*#*#7378423#*#* (spells service in text terms)

Then select service tests and try speaker and vibrator and see what happens.

Let us know.

Thanks for your reply...this same problem was mentioned in of the similar posts...i tried the same..now its working fine... I only did one thing..Factory Reset

i face almost the same issue

when i keep the vibration alaways on in the settings for few times the phone vibrates in silent mode

but after some time the phone shows no vibration in silent mode.

when i check in sonds the settings for vibration changes to never automatically

what should i do

but in the above said method the phone rings and vibrates

pls help
