When i download or take any new photos from friend that photos are not updated in album app until next month,because of every months grouping in album app.please take ur attention towards this.

Yes today i download wallpaper from background hd app & that wallpaper is not there in the album app

Try to clear data for media storage in settings-apps-all and restart the phone.Still not there?
