Switched off at 88%

My Sony m4 aqua dual was switched off in 88 % what can I do for this problem

I'm sorry to hear this.

I recommend that you try and force restart your device. To do so press and hold the volume up and on/off key down simultaneously for at least 10 seconds. Then try to start your device as normal.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior I would recommend that you try and temporarily remove your SD and SIM card from your device to see if they are causing this behaviour.
