Im trying use my camera but i can't Im taking "camera will be use another application" error

restart the phone 

if that doesn't work 

boot in >>> safe mode 

if that doesn't work 

repair the phone with Xperia Companion

if that doesn't work 

you will have to get it repaired by your Local Support
