Apps issues

There was issues regarding installation and uninstallion of any apps on my M4 Aqua. So your customer care suggested to do software repair, I did that but again same problem - no apps I can install or uninstalled it.

It just get downloaded but doesn't get installed.

Are you downloading apps from the PlayStore? 

Does your phone has enough free internal storage?
