We have a number of L3's which we need to enrol into Microsoft Intune as a Corporate Owned device.
The enrolment works and most functionality seems to work EXCEPT for some of the 'scan' features within office, such as 'Image to Text'.
I am able to take a photo and to crop to the area of text I want to capture, the screen then goes blank and I get an error message:
"That didn't work
We couldn't find any data in this image, please retake it and try again"
This works on our L1's and with some other handsets we have, but not the L3's. I have tried altering the enrolment QR code to allow all native apps - but this still doesn't resolve the issue.
