Surround sound issues,none

Hi I have the BDV-N7200W home cinema. I tested my system out by watching the army tank scene in Saving Private Ryan thinking the sound would come through the back left and right way before you see the tank just like my old wired Phillips did, you heard the tank long before you seen the tank through the back two speakers in the Phillips. My home cinema didn’t pick up on it at all it was very disappointing to say the least. Maybe I have the wrong settings

input it on to cinema studio clear audio still nothing. This system was nothing but trouble sense I got it. it wouldn’t open for a disc at all until you switched it off and on again.

can anyone tell me the correct settings to get the true surround sound?
