STR-DN1050 Spotify Connect not working

Is this the same for anyone else? I was happily casting to my AVR until last weekend, now nada. Won't even show up. The AVR is connected to the network fine and all other net services work fine. Found a Spotify forum post complaining about this with multiple brands of receivers from back in August, but looks like it was fixed.

Can anyone confirm that this is a common issue rather than just me?

I have the same problem, nothing is happening. The spotify app finds the sony str-1050 but no sound.

I have the exact same issue for the second time. The first time it suddenly started working again and then worked fine for many months, but last week I unplugged the unit for some days and now it doesn't show up among my Connect devices.
