STR DN1050 No HDMI audio over zone 2 speakers.

Hi 

I Have the sony STR 1050 and it is hooked up to my TV through the HDMI A terminal.

I also want to hook up my PS4 through Zone 2 so it can be played on my computer monitor through a seperate set of speakers wired in to the zone 2 terminals.

ALL DURING THIS MAIN TV PLAYING SATELLITE THROUGH RECIEVER ON MAIN

I have it hooked up so that the PS4 HDMI goes into the Game port on reciever and zone 2 is ON and Game is selected on ZONE 2, ZONE 2/BiAMP speaker terminals set as ZONE 2 in settings, yet I recieve no sound at all through zone 2.

IF I CHANGE INPUT TO FM RADIO zone 2 speakers spark to life, so they are set up cortrectly and working ok just wont transmit any hdmi audio over them?

States in the manual it can transmit HDMI audio over zone 2? amp is 8 months old and how would I go aboutt replacing it if it does not do as advertised

I have just bought this amp and discovered exactly the same problem as you. I dont suppose you managed to find a solution or get any answers from Sony?
