Sony UBP-X800m2 fails to read hybrid SACD when CD layes is HDCD format

Hi, my new UBP-X800M2 blu-ray playes fails to read the SACD layer on a hybrid disc when the CD layer is in HDCD format.
Example: DIte Straits - Brothers in arms hybrid (barcode 602498714980)

Is this a known problem?

Strange. I have the same SACD (20th anniversary edition) and have no issues playing it on the same Sony Blu-ray player.

Hey there, I cannot seem to find it in the playable files here, but you can check it though page 35.

the player can only find the CD layer, SACD stereo and multichannel layers are not found.
There are more anniversary editions, is yours also the version with barcode 602498714980?

Hi, the player is only detecting te CD layer. It should be able to find the SACD layers on the disk.

This is the only hybrid SACD I have problems with, and the only one with an HDCD format.

Yes, mine have the same Barcode and all layers are working just fine.
