I had the SA-SW5 sub turn up a couple of days ago as I was waiting a few weeks for new stock I went to connect it up to the system but the connect app said there a software update, so did that first. Once completed the system picked it up straight away, however, on the app it shows that the subwoofer position is on the right of the room when in fact it is on the left. After a search I found the usual conflicting AI results saying it makes no odds as the sub is omnidirectional. On the other hand depending on how the question is asked, it`s a known fact that it can happen, and the advise is to delete the app as thats the only way to clear the cache/data for the connect app, and then reinstall the app and perform the setup again.
This I have done but it`s still the same. After performing the room calibration setup I get the loud pulsing tone from each speaker but the subwoofer is very faint. The other thing which concerns me as to whether there is an issue, is performing a sperate test tone for each speaker. After hitting play it cycles through each speaker untill I press stop. As you can see from the sequences below, it only sends a tone to the sub every third cycle, placing the main control box on the floor near the sub with nothing blocking the signal makes no odds. Can anyone suggest of anything else I could try before sending this all back?

SUB
Hi , i got ~"the same"~, and i think the SUB is Mono any way , so what you see on your Screen is not that important even if you 2 of these ( and that will be possible in the next update i read )
