Sony N5200w src m

Hi,

I have a Sony N5200w fantastic speakers, but now out of warranty and have a problem...

The menu won't load and the display on the unit reads 'scr m' and no matter how long we leave or unplug it will always return to this. Sometimes on TV a blu ray loading screen will appear. Never had any issues until this, seems just stuck on 'screen mirroring' mode and not even able to load picture or anything else.

Any help appreciated...

Hi M,

Unfortunately it can't get to the menu, it literally is stuck on src m and sometimes a picture of first screen (blu ray loading). 

Is there a way to factory reset as menu has crashed?
