Sony hw65es hot air from one side of front grill not both side

Hi does anyone own hw65es projector here? I have a issue with the projector about the heat. The front grill on both side , but only the side with all the cable connection have heat air come out, the other side and the back have nothing? I don't know if this is a fault or it is just like that, the heat air only come from one side? Please could anyone answer my question? Because this is my first projector, I have no any experience with this. Many thanks.
