Hi All,
I recently purchased this soundbar hoping to upgrade the sound of my TV. The soundbar keeps dropping sounds when watching TV or streaming on Netflix, Amazon or Disney +... I changed HDMI cable to an ultra high speed one, updated the soundbar software but still having the same issue. I am using the soundbar with a Sony XH92 tv on earc port
Make sure you have Enhanced format enabled (under Settings - Watching TV - External Inputs - HDMI Signal Format).
Hi Joe,
I done that already and hasn't changed much... it started to mess up after the update that was enabling eARC on the Sony XH90 tv.
