Hi, everytime I turn the tv or system off then on again the sound will only come from tv speaker and not from the Home cinema speakers, any ideas ?

Can you please reply back with the make/model of your TV and whether you have connected the BDV-E4100 to the TV via HDMI or optical cable?

Hi the tv is LG webos UH661V and is connected via hdmi arc

Hi, think I have sorted this out now. Went into settings on TV and selected the correct connection type and now is all good. Thanks.
