Sony 49X9000E TV with Sony HT-CT290 sound bar have a audio delay

I just purchase a new sony HT-CT290 sound bar for my existing sony 49X9000E Android TV.

But after my installation to my TV and play the Playstation muisc game, found the audio and video is out of sync, audio have a few millisecond delay, this is very important for playing music game, how can I to fix it?

My system connection: 

PS4 Pro to TV, HDMI with 4K

TV to Sound bar,

Try1: HDMI with ARC

Try2: HDMI + Optical audio cable
