RDR-HXD770 No Guide Information after power cut.

After a power cut, the DVD player will show recorded program information and will play those programs. It will also show programs set to be recorded. However, it will not show the Guide information. It says "This function cannot be used now". Also the screen does not show any program and the channel displays as "D---". Channel up/down has no effect. I have not yet tried a full reset.

Running the setup option has fixed the problem. I don't know why there was a problem, though. Power cuts aren't unusual whre I live.

I had a power problem last week too - fried my router!
